A Home Built into the Hillside - $425,000
This house was shared on the Leave Some Character Instagram feed on October 31, 2020 when it was listed for $104,900. I shared it again in January 2021 after a $5K price drop. Zillow doesn’t show the sold price, but I am assuming it was somewhere without the $100K range. When I came across the listing again this morning I vaguely recognized the house, but thought for sure it couldn’t be the same place. It now has an extra 1,000 sqft added.
