A 1962 Erik C. Sørensen Design in Denmark
Haredalen 2, 3220 Tisvildeleje
6,995,000 DKK
The holiday home was built in 1962 and designed by architect Professor Erik C. Sørensen. The architect behind many well-known single-family houses in the 1950s and 1960s, not least his own villa in Charlottenlund, which is now a listed building.
In 1980, the current owner, with drawings from the same architect, built the guesthouse with its beautiful pyramid-shaped thatched roof. In 1998, the thatched carriage house/workshop was built in the same architectural style, so that today the whole appears as a beautiful whole. The 3 buildings together form a beautiful private space between them, where everyone can meet and enjoy the relaxed times of the summer.
